Summer is a time for rejuvenation and relaxation.  It is the season of cookouts, family fun, fireworks, outdoor music festivals, and sand in between our toes as well as in our bags.  Summer isn’t always just about fun though; it’s a time to work on personal projects; it is a time to reflect on your future; and it is a time to make the most of the free time you have.  I am here writing about my rather solitary summer, and I’m hoping that, if you are spending your summer similarly, you find some solace and some great advice on this blog.  I hope that that’s what I find too.

 

A. is a college student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English and creative writing.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, singing, playing guitar, and reading.  A. writes poetry, fiction, music, and personal essays.  She is planning on spending the summer exploring her city, trying new things, and learning new things.
